I picked up a Badland ZXR 12,000lb winch at Harbor Freight. I also decided to get a Badland wireless remote right away. I’ve wanted to get a winch for a few years now and after I bought a deck over trailer it made since. I will have some updates on the winch when it gets used more. Since the filming of this video my welds on the winch mount did break trying to pull up a stalled skid steer. Mainly because we could not put the machine in neutral. I then decided to have a friend with 10+ years of welding experience fix it up right for me.
